Every thought we think has an emotional charge to it. Some we do not feel, others we feel strongly. Some thoughts create happy emotions, some feelings of sadness.

Emotions triggers feelings. Feelings are our internal language. Our body uses feelings to give us updates on our physical and mental condition. It’s like a 24/7 monitoring system. When we physically and mentally feel good we are in an optimal condition. No action needed, all systems OK! This is the state we all aim for. This is when we are pleasant and fun to be around, and productive in our personal and in our business life.

We all know that we seldom stay like this all day. We have our ups and downs, which is quite normal since we think about thousands of different things during a day. Some of these thoughts will have sad emotions attached to them and trigger sad feelings. There is no way every thought is happy.

As long as we only stay with thoughts that trigger bad feelings for a short while we are OK, it’s normal. And we will consider ourselves as a generally happy and balanced person. We would not label ourselves as unhappy or depressed.

It’s when we linger too long in this state that we’re getting onto problems. When we start talking to ourselves saying “I feel down today.” I feel depressed”. ” I can’t get anything done.” That’s when we need to stop, and take action. If you find yourself doing this, you are not listening to your feelings. You can only say these things if you feel them!. So, you have done what sadly many do. Ignored the message from our body (the feeling) and accepted it as a condition. It’s not! It’s a feeling, a message to you, that something is not right. You are given a chance to take action, but it has to be the correct action.

The correct action is to identify why you feel down. Go back, find out what you are thinking about, because it has to be something that created these emotions that in turn triggered these feelings. When you have done that you can take correct action and stop the emotions and the messages (feelings).

So go back to the book and use the method described to free yourself from these emotions and return to a emotionally balanced and happy state of mind.

I’m offering help to 10 people that feel they are not as happy as they should be. If you often experience depression like feelings and can’t end it when you want, I would be very interested in hearing from you.

I want you to become a part of my Think Right Now Project. I will give you a free copy of my book “A Feelings Driven Life” . Then after reading my book I hope for an open and productive discussion on how this helped or did not help you.

I also hope for one or two among these 10 to become a “teacher” of my method and help me help more people. My goal is to help thousands.

The core of my method is based on the fact that thoughts trigger feelings. If you think about something good you feel good, if you think about something sad you feel sad. They key is to understand the feelings thoughts generates. The problem most experience is that they lost the connection or more correctly do not see the connection between thoughts and feelings. When most people feel sad or depressed they do not connect that with being generated from thoughts.

I have developed a method that put you in control of your thoughts hence in control of how you feel –anytime! I know it sound too good to be true for some, but do yourself a favor and learn my method and see for yourself. I think you’ll be very surprised!

The good thing is that you do not have to read hundreds of pages to find out if this is for you, and to understand my method. It’s a small book only about 80 (7″x5″) pages. You’ll do that in under an hour.

Please go to my contact page if you want help.

P.S. I case you wonder and I do not blame you. This is not a sales gimmick, no up sale later. You do not spend a dime to acquire my method, it absolutely free.
